trying to by PDA Cookbook and can't

I have owned PDA cookbook for years. and I got the Tungsten E for Christmas. I dowloaded the new version and it says I have to by it again. Well, every time I hit the buy button all I get is a blank screen, and every time I hit buy for any of your products or view cart I get a blank screen. Is your cart program having troubles? My 14 days runs out tommorow ):
