Due to issues with the OS differences on the Moto Q, we do not support that device at this time.
Thanks.

Maybe sometime in 2007, but the changes needed to our software are pretty extensive for the Moto Q.

No real difference, other than when you install, you select to install for Palm & PC.
If you purchased recently, then I can switch your license over to Palm and get a new code to you.
Just email us your order info and hotsync ID.
Thanks.

Please use this page to determine your exact Palm OS hotsync ID, then let us know.
http://www.wakefieldsoft.com/hotsyncID.html
Once we know your exact hotsync ID, we can send out the correct code for you to use to register the software and fully unlock it.
There is a link near the bottom of that page to send it via email.

We have released the new InfoSafe Plus Version 5. This new version works on Palm OS and Windows Mobile devices, including Windows Mobile smartphones that do not have a touch screen as well as touchscreen devices.
Existing users can upgrade for $9.99. The normal price is $29.99.
If you want to upgrade, you can use the link below to have the upgrade information sent to you. Please enter the email used when ordering to verify eligibility.

We recommend that you use the File / Backup menu command to backup your existing data to a safe location (other than the default). Also, do not uninstall the existing version yet. Once version 5 is installed, you can use the File / Import menu item to import all old version data.
Downloads and a complete list of new features (further down the page) are here:

After downloading the software, I do not have problem for the computer, just double'click on the yellow icon and I could enter the data. However, I do have a problem on the cellphone (Motorola Q9h), I double click the yellow InfoSafe Plus Icon(I already download the .cab file and run it) on the handphone, it asked me the password....once I input the password and hit the enter key, it went back to the requesting password screen again, never let me getting into the content, please advice.................do I have to delete it and reintalled it again....I purchased the product yesterday with a 5-digit activated code.........thanks

It must be that the password is not exactly correct. Perhaps a upper case vs lower case or mis-spelling issue?
