I'm using the trial version. How come the taxes you imput for loan amount does not carry over to the amount financed before down payment, then calculated into monthly amount? Without this ability it is not doesn't make sence to purchase.

Can you explain further?
The taxes affect it in two ways. First, tax amounts will be escrowed and paid at closing. Second, the tax amount per month will be added to the payment when the payment is calculated.
I am not sure I understand what you mean about financing taxes into the loan. If this is the case, it is somewhat unusual, and you may need to increase the price to includes those if you will be financing them into the loan.
Hope that helps.

I sell construction equipment and I have been using the LoanExpert program to figure out payment info on loans for equipment.

In this case, you would need to include the tax in the price, so that LoanExpert knows to finance that amount. The tax info does not really apply in this case, since you are not doing a home mortgage.
