Incomplete data transfer between PDA and PC

I had version 3.x of Audiolist on my PDA and PC and all was well. I recently had my PC hard disk crash and need replacing. I couldn't download Audiolist version 3 again, I got a prompt saying upgrade. I thought it seemed a good idea so I did, for both PDA and PC. With new software installed in both locations, and all my old records still safely on my PDA, I've tried to transfer the data from the PDA to the desktop PC but found that only some of it has transfered. None of the track list information and none of the info I'd put in the Notes section has transfered - only the title, artist, composer, label, date etc.
Any thoughts?
