Importing from Cookbook wizard

I assumed that PDAcookbook can import from Cookbook Wizard but despite exporting from Cookbook wizard in .CW format and also .csv format - it doesn't work. When I try to import from .CW format no records are imported, when I try to import from .csv format a few recipes are imported and then an error message comes up. Any help please?

If you want to email us your import file, or at least a sample import file, then we can certainly take a look.
