Sync with Master Cook

how do i sync with master cook i have the 14 day trial and want to make sure i can get the use i want out of PDA Cookbook. i have DL PDA Cookbook Lite. do i need the Plus?
and is there a certian Ver. of Master Cook that i need...

You can't 'sync' with MasterCook, but you can export the recipes in .mxp format from MasterCook, and then import them into PDACookbook PLUS.

Once they are imported into PDACookbook Plus, then you can sync them to your handheld.

so i have to download PDA CookBook Plus, when installed i have to ipmort them over and then i can get them on my handheld..

since i have already downloaded PDA lite for a free trial, can i still Download PDA Plus for a trial as well.?
