Problems in Exporting to Memo on Palm

I've been getting the same error message:
"Error: Data recived in unknown format. (0x1505)"
when I do following:

From Menue "File" ->

"Export Recipe to Memo"
"Export Menu to Memo"
"Export Shopping List to Memo"
"Export Ingr Listto Memo"

Can you help?

Garmin iQue (PalmOS 5.2.1r4)
Memo Pad v.4.52G
PDACookbook Plus v.4.1.2

I don't know of any issues with exporting.

Is the memo pad installed the default version from Palm, or is it a 3rd party add-on memo pad app?

Memo Pad v.4.52G Copyright 1995 - 2002 PalmSource, Inc. looks as the default Palm version .

- I use Agendus v10.01 instead Address and for Mail. It can create Memos.
- PDACookbook is not compressed and reside in Palm memory. It synchronize fine - no problems.
- I can import Meal-Master recipes - no prolem.
- iQue 3600 is set to United Kingdom in Preferences -> Formats.
- Can you suggest any tests to find out reason for error.

I have searched the web and found several instances with people getting this error with several other applications when trying to export, but no one has a solution.

You might contact Palm and see if they can provide some insight.

I don't think it is specifically a PDACookbook problem, but perhaps an interaction with something else.

I have asked Palm Support and Garmin Support, and will keep you inform what they will suggest.

In the meanwhile following info may help you to get some idea:

- FileZ v6.7 is sending Tree to Memo - no problems.
- AppList v2.3 is creating Memo Pad entrys listing all installed applications - no problems.
- Soft Track! v1.2 is exporting applications list to Memo Pad - no problems.
- HandyShopper v2.9c build 7908 is exporting to Memo Pad - no problems.
- ResetLog v1.00 Beta 1 - writes entries in Memo Pad - no problems.
