I am on my fifth day on phase one of the SBD and have lost 4 pounds. I have a couple of questions.
#1. How can I get more fiber besides taking the tablets/powders from the drug store. I've never been constipated in my life so this is such a struggle. I am taking the daily maximum amount of fiber that they recommend.
#2. I'll be on phase two when we have our Thanksgiving dinner. What foods can I eat besides white turkey meat without skin, and the select veg. I can currently have now on phase one.
#3. What if I decide to cheat some on Thanksgiving dinner and then go straight back to phase one for two weeks? Will that counter act any weight gain? Can I gain weight and destroy the whole system by cheating on one day? Does this effect the whole ketosis?
Any help on these questions would be a great help.
