When I HotSync my Palm the item that takes the longest to sync is AudioList even though no changes may have been made since the last HotSync to AudioList.
Is it possible to switch of the AudioList HotSinc option when it is not needed.

Any advice would be appreciated.

You can disable the 'Backup Databases on Hotsync' from Prefs within AudioList on the Palm. This will keep them from being transferred on each hotsync.
