I haven't upgraded yet but wanted to know if there is a chance you can export menus to Datebk5 and what other improvements were made!

No export support to Datebk5, but here is the list of new features in version 4.x:
Added Palm OS Hires support
Added ActiveSync support for Pocket PC & Windows Mobile
Attach a picture of recipe on the PC
Added "Recipe By" or Source field, can filter by source
Added Rating field for recipes, can filter by rating
