Starting Program

After I have installed Cook Book, I double click the icon and an installation program for Pro Business 2002 tries to run. I have to stop it three times before the cook book comes up. Does anyone have any 411 on this problem?

Sometimes an old app that was not installed properly intereferes with our software. This likely happens if the computer thinks some DLL files are installed, but really aren't from another application.

Try removing or reinstalling Pro Business 2002, depending on whether or not you need it.

Then, reboot and reinstall PDACookbook.
