Run Audiolist from the SD card on Treo 650?

I have Audiolist installed and running on the Treo 650.

How can I install and run (application+data) this from the SD card?

Hopefully, this will free up some memory on the device ..

If it's not possible to have the application+data on the SD card, can I keep the data on the SD card?

My dataset is large and expected to grow...

Currently, AudioList cannot be run from an SD card or have the data there.
