If you're on the South Beach Diet, then you no doubt know that there's a new cookbook out called The South Beach Cookbook (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/redirect?tag=mashbycom-20&path=tg/detail/-/1579546463/qid=1097249245/sr=8-1/ref=pd_csp_1?v=glance&s=books&n=507846). There are over 200+ recipes in the book and I'm slowly adding them to PDACookbook.
Since there are so many recipes, I'm adding them section-by-section and I'll upload them as I complete each one. The first section is "Breakfasts" and is attached to this thread. There are 20 total recipes covering all three Phases of the South Beach plan. As in previous posts, the file is in MasterCook format. I have included all notes, nutrition information, servings, as well as the notes listed for each recipe.

Installation Instructions
=====================
1. Download the file listed at the bottom of this post. It may work best if you right-click on the link and choose "Save target as". Save it in a location where you will be able to find it easily, like your Desktop.
2. In PDACookbook Plus, choose "File\Import Recipes"
3. Press the "Select File" button and browse to where you saved the file you downloaded.
4. When you've found the file, select "Open" and you'll be brought back to the Import Recipe pop-up window.
5. Press the "Import" button and all the recipes will be imported into PDACookbook Plus.
6. Perform a HotSync and all the recipes will be transferred to your Palm OS device as well.
I tried to be careful, but if you see any errors that I've made in the recipes, such as typos and what not, please let me know by posting a reply in this thread.
