Restoring One Recipe

I've managed to inadvertently delete a recipe from my Palm while on holiday and away from my PC. Thereafter, I added several other recipes to the Palm and upon my return, synchronized the PC and handheld.

Question: Is there a way to restore the one deleted recipe without restoring the entire backup file and thereby possibly lose the new recipes that are on the Palm and in the active data file on the PC?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The backup files are in text format. Although you can't just restore one recipe, you can open the PDACookbkDB.cdb file with a text editor and at least copy/paste some of the recipe to save some retyping. The dat file has one recipe per line. You might take a look and see if that works for you. Definitely don't do a full restore, as that will overwrite the new recipes you had entered.
