Unable to load rapi.dll

While running the 3.1.0 setup I received the dialog box "Setup" with the message "Unable to load rapi.dll, error: 126".

I clicked the OK button and received the dialog box "CASLCD~1.EXE - Unable to locate DLL" with the message "The dynamic link library RAPI.dll could not be found in the specified path ..."

This is under Win2k SP4.

If you install for Pocket PC, the ActiveSync software will need to already be installed. The rapi.dll is installed by ActiveSync.

So, if you have Pocket PC, make sure ActiveSync is installed first.

If you don't have a Pocket PC, run the full installer again, and select an install option other than Pocket PC.
