How Do I Export to Handyshopper?

Please help me...I can't figure out how to get my shopping list into Handyshopper. I have exported the shopping list to Memo, but don't know how to get it into Handyshopper. Thank you for your assistance.

On the handheld, tap the top title bar to show the menu when running PDACookbook. Then select Export Shopping List to Memo from the File menu on the handheld.

This will create the memo, then you will need to switch to HandyShopper and import the memo.
