Error Copying File

I have been using a registered copy of Audiolist (latest version) on a Palm device with died. I then purchased an HP Ipaq and used the same owner name (including any punctuation). When I try to install Audiolist on the Ipaq I get the "Error Copying File" message which states that the PDA must be on, etc.. It is on and charging via a USB connection. I haven't had problems installing other applications today so I know the connection is fine. Why is Audiolist not recognizing the Ipaq? :confused:

Not sure. Try rebooting the PC, reconnecting the device, and run the installer again.
